Our Directors

Our organization is very committed to women development and empowerment and this is evidenced by the 100% black female leadership of the company. Each of our directors contributes greatly to the excellent and exceptional service delivery of Zenande Leadership.

Pam Yako

Pam Yako is a trailblazer, an innovative leader and all-round trusted source of leadership advisory across multiple industries. Pam possesses a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology, Management and Economics from Rhodes University, a Master of Business Leadership Degree from UNISA and is a Coaches and Mentors Association of South Africa (COMENSA) certified coach.

Pam has a vast experience across multiple industries. Prior to starting her own business, she had over 14 years’ experience as an executive at various levels of Government. She served as CEO of Amatole District Council in the Eastern Cape. At the Departmental Environmental Affairs and Tourism, she served as a Deputy Director General (DDG), a Chief Operations Officer and as the Director General between (2002 and 2008). She went on to serve as the Director General of Department of Water and Forestry before founding her own company in 2010 which she has grown from a one-woman company to a company with four directors and approximately 10 staff members.

Gcinashe Gcanga

Gcinashe Gcanga is the Chief Operations Officer of Zenande Leadership. Gcin-Gcin, as she is affectionately known, started her career as a teacher, where she spent 7 years teaching at a High School in Duncan Village, East London. She left the noble profession to join the Department of Labour as an Assistant Director and then a Personal Assistant to the Director-General in the same Department’s national office. Her career from then on includes serving as a Deputy Director for Learning and Development, Director of Executive Services and Chief Director in the office of the Director General at the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry (DWAF), leaving government, in June 2018, as a Project Manager for the Department of Environmental Affairs’ key projects which included managing key international projects such as the UNFCCC and the CITES COP 17 held in 2011 and 2017 respectively.

Gcinashe possesses a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree (Psychology) from the University of South Africa, a Diploma in Business Management from the South African Institute of Management; a number of certificates in Business Process Management (from process mapping to automation), and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Pretoria. Gcin-Gcin currently manages and coordinates all Zenande’s operations, including projects, programmes, staff and finances.

Litha Geza

Litha is a Director at Zenande and she is also a senior consultant at the company. Litha is a certified member of the Coaches and Mentors Association of South Africa (COMENSA) and also a member of the Business Women’s Association (BWA). She has over 15 years’ experience in leading successful organizational development and change-management interventions in the Public Sector. Litha has solid experience in the delivery of organizational development change models and over 10 years’ experience in leadership development, coaching and mentoring. She also has over 15 years’ experience in providing Human Capital and Talent Management Solutions.

Litha possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Bachelor of Arts Honours in the same field, she also possesses a Diploma in Telecommunications Studies and a Diploma in Information Technology from the Cable and Wireless College in Coventry City in the United Kingdom. Litha also has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Potchefstroom, an Integral Coach Certificate from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, an Executive Specialized Masters Degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom and an International Gestalt Organization and Leadership Development (iGOLD) Certificate from iGOLD centre in the United States of America.

Litha has international organization development, leadership development and coaching exposure, she also has solid project management experience having successfully led the delivery of a R160-million electrification project in the Eastern Cape Provincial Government, including capacitation of more than 80 change agents in partnership with Teleos Leadership Institute, Philadelphia and Boabab Consulting and Training.

Ziyanda Yako

Social Ziyanda was born in the culturally rich town of Grahamstown (Makhanda) in the Eastern Cape. It is here where this dynamic personality fell in love with the arts and first discovered her talents when the Princess of Africa, Yvonne Chaka Chaka, invited her onstage at the age of nine at the Grahamstown Arts festival. To develop this passion, she studied Musical Theatre at the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) and has since performed in numerous theatre shows both locally and internationally. Ziyanda is also no stranger to our local tv and silver screens, appearing in numerous soaps and film..

This mother and wife, is Zenande’s Business Development and Events Manager, bringing a lively and youthful flair to Zenande’s Events. She has also done extensive work using roleplay training which is incorporated in the exciting training programs offered by Zanande. She has a special relationship with the young girls in our social responsibility program (Zenande Girls Leadership program). She uses her theatre experience and dramatic arts background to help the girls bring out their inner leaders. Ziyanda has a passion for people, life and is big on family values which are prevalent in the boutique company.

Our Professionals

Nandi Mpike

Nandipha Mpike is well-organized Office Administrator with extensive experience in supporting Senior Managers, Directors, and Executive Management by providing them with consistent support.

With over 5 years of experience in professional office administration and executive support, Nandipha has a track record of strong performance in skilfully managing high-pressure environments. She uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in her busy work environment.

She joined the Zenande Team in 2014 as Personal Assistant/Administrator and has progressively administered in the company’s finances, projects, tender processes, finances, supply chain management, and operations. Nandipha is a highly efficient individual with a pleasant attitude and a willingness to make a positive mark. Delivering outstanding customer service always is an essential part of her day’s work.

Lebogang Yende

Lebogang Yende is a Junior consultant at Zenande Leadership consulting. He holds a B-Tech in Human Resource Management from Durban University of Technology and has served as an IT Technical Support Officer at the Department of Basic Education (GCRA), a Mentor and Tutor at Tshwane University of Technology, and a Brand Ambassador at The Creative Counsel Lebogang, he also holds an Information Technology Certificate, and a Mentoring Certificate amongst others. Lebogang has 3 (three) years’ experience in the ICT industry and He has knowledge of the Organisational Design and Review, HR, job evaluation, job design, recruitment and selection processes.

Buyiswa Yako

Buyiswa Yako holds a position of an Admin & Events Manager and is very passionate about her job. She studied Events Management withTechnichon SA (TUT) & with Premier Management Hospitality & Tourism Management. Buyiswa also holds a certificate on Management Practice with Rhodes University, Grahamstown.

She started her career and studied Health Promotion Dynamics, Settings & Interventions at the School of Public Health, University of the Western Cape, CT. including participation on a study SANGALALA Physical Training for adults & elderly people.

She has a wealth of experience of 10 years as a District Coordinator, in the office of the Albany District ,EC from 1997-2007 ,providing direct technical assistance to health care facilities, which included training of staff on & offsite facilitation of Community Linkages & Quality Improvement Plans. Managed sub-district teams in conjunction with other line managers to ensure efficient project delivery including a sole responsibility to organise & manage district events. Her passion on this kind of work inspired her to starting her own company in 2009, Uluthi Events & Training Facilitation. She later joined Zenande Leadership Consulting in July 2013.

She can manage any type of event from anatomy to infrastructure and logistics, offering comprehensive management solutions – from theme parties, boardroom entertainment to theatre extravaganza and anything in between.

Bakang Motsepe

Bakang Motsepe is a senior Consultant within Zenande Leadership Consulting. He had obtained a National Diploma: Management Services from Tshwane University of Technology , Advance OD programme from UNISA, Business Process Management certificate and Programme in Project Management from university of Pretoria as well as a Job Evaluation certificate from PALAMA (School of Government).

Furthermore, he has 11 years of vast knowledge and experience of the organisational design and review, OD intervention diagnostic, job evaluation, job design, business process management and work study investigation. He has also been involved in the organisational development and Human Resources strategies of municipal financial recovery plans.
