Mid–Year Reflections &
Accelerate Your Leadership
Success 2017 & beyond …
One Day Workshop
2017 has gone very fast and it is already mid year. We made resolutions at the beginning
of the year and now it is time to take a step back,
reflect and recalibrate the way forward.
New Year resolutions work for some and not for others. This may be a result of mind-set,
non-clarity of purpose, lack of congruence with own values. In some cases it is just the
absence of an accountability measure to check if what we have set ourselves is realistic and
achievable. This workshop provides a platform and tools to monitor our progress and take
on the next bold steps required to make us better and effective leaders.
As leaders we need to be always mindful of our legacy and ensure that we chart our
leadership journey towards the achievement of our career, professional and entrepreneurial
ambitions? We cannot do that if we are not self-aware and are effective in both personal and
professional management of lives.
If you are interested in improving your leadership and managerial skills then..
Join a group of like-minded women leaders and stand to benefit the following
• Understanding where you are in your life;
• Identify your personal strengths & values;
• Establish obstacles to your success; and
• Develop a clear and effective roadmap for your leadership journey.
The one-day workshop is facilitated by Pam Yako who is a leadership coach, mentor, and
entrepreneur. She specializes in working with women leaders by helping them journey from a
state of discontent and lack of clarity to a point of happiness and attunement.
With a financial commitment of R 1140 for the day.
Payment can be made through: Electronic Payments, Credit Card or Debit Order.
