Zenande Leadership Consulting, in partnership with African Women Infinity (AWI), a not-for-profit company, has brought their collective resources to host a hybrid (virtual and studio) women celebratory event themed: “Incredibly You”, Celebrating and Honouring South African Women!

YOU’RE INVITED!

The event will be held on the 18th and 19th of August 2022 and is aimed at:

• Celebrating and honouring women;
• Share personal stories and journeys to motivate and inspire other women;
• Allowing participants to give themselves permission to appreciate and own the best version of themselves;
• To learn and share experiences on the challenges and strategies to claim our space and raise our hands to be counted as pioneers and creators of our destiny.

Dr Lulu Gwagwa is a multifaceted woman; an accomplished development planner, business leader and philanthropist. She is a keen writer and photographer who is currently studying philosophy.

Chief Executive – Transnet Group

Ms. Portia Derby is the current Group Chief Executive of Transnet SOC Ltd, appointed February 2020. She has occupied senior positions in the South African government during a period of major economic reform. Portia is the former Director-General of Public Enterprises (2005 – 2009) responsible for Corporate Strategy and Structure of the Investment Portfolio (2004 – 2005) and former Chief Operating Officer of the Department of Trade and Industry (2002).

Zoey Mkabela

Executive Director – Volumicious Hair Solutions

Zoey Mkabela is the Executive Director of Volumicious Hair Solutions, a hair product provider that provides a permanent solution to different hair problems experienced by men, women, and children.
She opened her first hair clinic in December 2022 and employs 10 full-time staff. The business also empowers over 150 independent distributors, both locally and outside the country. The business has 2 stores in major cities, Durban and Pretoria

Fix Moeti

Radio presenter, DJ and TV personality turned Social Entrepreneur

Fikile Moeti, commonly known as “Fix” is a well-known South African Radio presenter; DJ and TV Personality turned Social Entrepreneur.
Fix, made MTV history when she became the first female VJ on ‘MTV Networks Africa’. The entrepreneurial beauty has graced our screens on the African continent since 2006 when she won a nationwide competition to become MTV base’s first female VJ presenter.

Kolosa Madikizela is a PhD candidate at the Department of Construction Economics and Management, Faculty of Engineering, University of Cape Town. She is researching the relationship between leadership, diversity factors and innovation in the South African construction industry. Most recently she was the Managing Director at Pragma Africa responsible for all the African clients and operations at Pragma Global.
