Our Directors

Our organization is very committed to women development and empowerment and this is evidenced by the 100% black female leadership of the company. Each of our directors contributes greatly to the excellent and exceptional service delivery of Zenande Leadership.

Pam Yako

Pam Yako is a trailblazer, an innovative leader and all-around trusted source of leadership advisory across multiple industries. Pam possesses a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology, Management and Economics from Rhodes University, she also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law from, a Master of Business Leadership from UNISA and is a Coaches and Mentors Association of South Africa (COMENSA) certified coach.

Pam has vast experience across multiple industries and prior to starting her own business had over 14 years’ experience as an executive. Her experience includes having served as CEO of Amatole District Council in the Eastern Cape. She has also served as a Deputy Director General at the Departmental Environmental Affairs and Tourism, she also served as a Chief Operations Officer. She served as the Director General at the Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism. Pam went on to serve as the Director General of Department of Water and Forestry before founding her own company in 2010 which she has grown from a one-woman company to a company with four directors and approximately 10 staff members.

Gcinashe Gcanga

Gcinashe Gcanga is the Chief Operations Officer of Zenande Leadership, Gcin-Gcin, as she is affectionately known, started her career as a teacher, where she spent 7 years in a High School in Duncan Village, East London. She left the noble profession for career growth where she became an Assistant Director for Information Technology at the Department of Labour in the Eastern Cape, from where she was promoted to a position of Personal Assistant to the Director-General in the same Department’s national office. Her career from then on includes serving as a Deputy Director for Learning and Development, Director of Executive Services and Chief Director of the office of the Director General at the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry (DWAF). Gcin-Gcin left DWAF to go back to the Department of Environmental Affairs (DEA) as a Project Manager for the Department’s key Projects which included managing key international projects such as the UNFCCC and the CITES COP 17 held ---- in 2011 and 2017 respectively. She left DEA in June 2018 to become the Chief Operations Officer and Director at Zenande Leadership.

Gcinashe possesses an Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of South Africa, a Diploma in Business Management from the South African Institute of Management; she has number of certificates in Business Process Management (from process mapping to automation), and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Pretoria. Gcin-Gcin currently manages and coordinates all Zenande’s operations, including projects, programmes, staff and finances.

Litha Geza

Litha is a Director at Zenande and she is also a senior consultant at the company. Litha is a certified member of the Coaches and Mentors Association of South Africa (COMENSA) and also a member of the Business Women’s Association (BWA). She has over 15 years’ experience in leading successful organizational development and change-management interventions in the Public Sector. Litha has solid experience in the delivery of organizational development change models and over 10 years’ experience in leadership development, coaching and mentoring. She also has over 15 years’ experience in providing Human Capital and Talent Management Solutions.

Litha possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Bachelor of Arts Honours in the same field, she also possesses a Diploma in Telecommunications Studies and a Diploma in Information Technology from the Cable and Wireless College in Coventry City in the United Kingdom. Litha also has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Potchefstroom, an Integral Coach Certificate from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, an Executive Specialized Masters Degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom and an International Gestalt Organization and Leadership Development (iGOLD) Certificate from iGOLD centre in the United States of America.

Litha has international organization development, leadership development and coaching exposure, she also has solid project management experience having successfully led the delivery of a R160-million electrification project in the Eastern Cape Provincial Government, including capacitation of more than 80 change agents in partnership with Teleos Leadership Institute, Philadelphia and Boabab Consulting and Training.

Ziyanda Yako

Social Ziyanda was born in the culturally rich town of Grahamstown (Makhanda) in the Eastern Cape. It is here where this dynamic personality fell in love with the arts and first discovered her talents when the Princess of Africa, Yvonne Chaka Chaka, invited her onstage at the age of nine at the Grahamstown Arts festival. To develop this passion, she studied Musical Theatre at the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) and has since performed in numerous theatre shows both locally and internationally. Ziyanda is also no stranger to our local tv and silver screens, appearing in numerous soaps and film..

This mother and wife, is Zenande’s Business Development and Events Manager, bringing a lively and youthful flair to Zenande’s Events. She has also done extensive work using roleplay training which is incorporated in the exciting training programs offered by Zanande. She has a special relationship with the young girls in our social responsibility program (Zenande Girls Leadership program). She uses her theatre experience and dramatic arts background to help the girls bring out their inner leaders. Ziyanda has a passion for people, life and is big on family values which are prevalent in the boutique company.
